Our hope in updating the Blades/Robinson home is to do it justice. Miss Flora did a wonderful job taking care of it, and we want to follow in her footsteps, preserving the Historical character of the home, while updating it to meet our family’s needs. 1) Protection and Prep work – The time his crew spent prepping and protecting the house was done quickly, but with such care. They are such hardworking crews. They even scraped any leftover old paint off of the windows before covering them, so they had a sharp line when completed. So many hours were spent on the details of the staircase, radiators, and molding. They sanded, smoothed, and fixed any defects, even replacing rotted wood, removing wallpaper, and repairing drywall when needed.

2) Painting – They used an oil-based primer and high quality paint, ensuring a beautiful finish on walls and trim alike. They also prepped walls for wallpaper.

3). Clean up was pristine. They were just as thorough in their clean up as they were in prep work.

4) Price – We received many estimates for this project, and Antonio’s price was competitive. For the money, we feel the high quality of his crew’s work went above and beyond our expectations. We don’t believe you can find a better quality job by anyone.

Antonio and his crews were a joy to work with, always helpful, doing whatever we needed them to do. There was nothing that we had to have them correct. We couldn’t be more pleased with their work. As a retired contractor from the West Coast, we were so concerned about finding a painter that would do the work in a way that the house deserves, and Antonio has been a Godsend.
